Hello everyone,

This time of year often feels like a gentle shift as we move towards winter, although we are still enjoying some warm days, which really help lift the mood.

I will be part of a few wellness events, retreats, and community programmes over the coming weeks, all focused on slowing down a little, feeling more balanced, and bringing simple habits into everyday life. Often, it is the small things we do each day that can really support how we feel.

I also believe we learn so much from each other through everyday life, and the way we look after ourselves can naturally have an effect on the people around us. For me, wellness is really about keeping things simple, staying connected, and supporting each other in small, meaningful ways.

On the other hand, if you would like me to join your group at a time and place that suits you, I am very happy to come along and share a simple wellness talk. It does not need to be formal or part of an event space. I can come to your group and keep it relaxed and easy, with gentle conversations around everyday wellbeing, food, and small habits that support balance and calm in daily life.
