Cucumber, tomato, yoghurt, and lemon are simple kitchen ingredients that many people use traditionally for skin care. Use them gently and in moderation.

2️⃣ Hydration

Drink enough water throughout the day. Increase slowly and listen to your body’s needs — hydration plays an important role in skin health.

3️⃣ Simple DIY face pack

You can try this gentle home recipe:

  • Grated cucumber
  • 1 almond (grated, unsalted)
  • 1 spoon plain yogurt
  • A few drops of lemon
  • Optional: a little oatmeal
