What are these wellness classes about? These wellness workshops are here to help someone find the path between where they are now and where they want to be. Changing micro habits and setting achievable goals with a few simple steps makes a big difference. These goals can be about business, health and wellbeing, career, relationships and work-life balance.
What is the experience of the teacher? Anju Desai brings a wealth of experience in holistic living and wellness. Growing up in an Ayurvedic household, she learned the importance of balanced living early on. Anju has overcome personal life crises with resilience, built numerous start-ups, and established a new life in a foreign country. She has delivered many inspirational speeches, empowering people to stand strong with devotion, self-respect, and confidence. Anju’s approach combines practical coaching with deep, meaningful connections to inspire personal growth and well-being. She strongly believes in journey, gratitude practice and manifestation.
How can these classes help with personal development? These sessions are designed to enhance your strengths, manage stress, and develop resilience through personalized coaching.
What sort of issues will the wellness workshops help me with? Resilience and well-being training can assist with stress, burnout, anxiety, and building confidence.
Are the wellness workshops customisable? Yes, we can tailor the workshops to suit your needs, including duration, topics, and group size.
Can I book a private session or group workshop? Yes, you can book private sessions or group workshops at your chosen location or we can provide venue options or organise online.
What should I bring to the wellness workshops? You don’t need to bring anything. We provide all necessary materials and resources for the sessions.
