As a wellness coach, I am here to guide you to make small changes in your routine and introduce delightful rituals and micro habits, that can transform your life. Creating a better environment and energy around you. This will guide you towards a life filled with joy and fulfilment. We truly have an abundance of good in our lives, but it is easy to forget. We often end up reminding ourselves over and over about the bad times.

I remember when I was in school, merely an 11-year-old girl curious about the world. In my classroom, above the blackboard, there was a quote in my mother tongue Marathi that I read every day. It said, “We eat happiness like chocolate and sadness like chewing gum.” At first, I laughed as I was too young to grasp its deeper meaning. But as life passed, the quote resonated more and more with me. Twenty-five years ago, I made peace with myself while living in different countries, deciding that I won’t complain, I won’t blame, and I won’t judge. This mindset helped me to have a right focus on the right things and I was able to maintain a positive outlook. Sometimes we all need someone to hear us with compassion, nurture us, understand us, and gently guide us. Am here for you to do exactly that. I am truly a phone call or text away.
