Hope this email finds you well. I received some lovely feedback from many of you about my last newsletters. Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to read them. How wonderful to see they are meaningful for you in some or the other ways.
I often talk about wellness, spices, and the little things that help keep us balanced. But one thing I also believe deeply — is that psychology plays a big role in everything we do. The way we feel about ourselves and others has a big impact on our overall wellbeing. Keeping that in mind, I created a few short videos focused on emotional wellness and certainly a series of more videos coming soon. Topics like connecting with good energy, and the importance of forgiveness and also about wonderful digestive ginger. These are close to my heart, and I believe they are just as important as the food we eat.
On the creative front, our art classes and online greeting card sales continue to grow, spreading more creative joy. We’re also excited to launch a new ‘Paint and Wine’ series soon! Stay updated here or on Anju Desai Artist.
As the cooler season approaches, I find comfort in the little things — birdsong in the morning, the rhythm of raindrops, the colours of the sky in the evening, doodling on my sketchpad, or a quiet moment with my journal. I enjoy these moments with utter gratitude. Life isn’t always bright, but I do my best to find the light in small, simple moments.
