This autumn and winter, I’m opening my kitchen for you to explore and create nutritious Indian-style breakfasts. Over the years, living outside India, I’ve developed a fusion of flavours and ideas, blending traditional recipes with ingredients easily found here in New Zealand.
In this series, I’ll share simple ways to combine ingredients to make meals that are both healthy and delicious. My goal is to give you practical knowledge that you can bring into your own kitchen, while enjoying the process of cooking together.
Spaces are limited to keep the class personal and hands-on. All details will be provided upon booking, and I can’t wait to welcome you into my kitchen!
