About the Workshop:
Join us for an inspiring and interactive five-week workshop focused on the healing power of turmeric, our golden spice. Learn how to incorporate turmeric in everyday cooking through authentic, home-style recipes rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom. This is the first-of-its-kind holistic cooking class in New Zealand, combining wellness knowledge with delicious meals. Each session includes:
