Changing micro habits and setting achievable goals with a few simple steps makes a big difference. These goals can be about business, health and wellbeing, career, relationships and work-life balance.

What is the experience of the teacher? Anju Desai brings a wealth of experience in holistic living and wellness. Growing up in an Ayurvedic household, she learned the importance of balanced living early on. Anju has overcome personal life crises with resilience, built numerous start-ups, and established a new life in a foreign country. She has delivered many inspirational speeches, empowering people to stand strong with devotion, self-respect, and confidence. Anju’s approach combines practical coaching with deep, meaningful connections to inspire personal growth and well-being. She strongly believes in journey, gratitude practice and manifestation.
