Indian Monsoon shows a scene from a painting I sold a long time ago and recreated a different version of it. It was inspired by a trip with friends to the Konkan region of western India during the monsoon season. The rain had just stopped, leaving everything looking fresh and rejuvenated. You could smell the earthy scent of the soil, feel the cool breeze, and see the beauty in the brand-new surroundings—charming houses and smiling faces… inspiration all over.
